$135.00
Highly Recommended. By Walt Disney. Printed April 1939. Two No. 7 issues exist. A classic and beautiful Goofy cover. This edition features Goofy and Wilbur the Grasshopper, retelling the story from the first Goofy solo animated cartoon. Timid Elmer begins in this issue. Prose and illustrated features. This long-running periodical was the forerunner of Walt Disney’s Comics and Stories, which it morphed into when it changed to a comic book format and restarted the numbering with #1. Very Good. Magazine has worn edges and a half inch tear in the back cover. Pages are yellowed from age, and top edge pages are slightly bumped.
