Great work by Ditko, from before and during his first work on Spider-Man. I actually read one or two of these as a kid, before I began seriously collecting. I’ve always found them fun, as sympathies were definitely with the much-abused creatures. Like the Hulk, and even Spider-Man, they were misunderstood critters who actually had good hearts. Hey, they were fighting big-game hunters, the army and commies, even aliens. Fun work.
