Ghouls and cadavers, vampires and ghosts… plus an occasional slice of far-out sci-fi!

Neglected for many years, these titles from tiny comics publisher Ace are today some of the most desirable of the pre-code horror books. Lou Cameron’s covers, specially the ones with pretty girls, are particularly desirable these days. Ace is the same publisher we all know today as the paperback house, who created the Ace double-novel and reprinted and published all-new sci-fi and fantasy fiction throughout the late 1950s, 60s and far beyond. They left the comics along with many others after the comics code came about and comics were on the decline, in the mid to late 1950s.
