Two stories and two poems. All wondrous and imaginative about the tales we tell and experience. Where the incarnations of the months of the year sit around a campfire sharing stories, where an elderly lady college professor recounts a Narnian childhood, where the apocalypse unfolds (by the delightful Paul Chadwick, great to see new work from him) and where the importance of generational storytelling is seen through the Goldilocks fairytale in "Locks".

These four comic adaptations have something for everyone and are a must for Gaiman fans! "Saucers" first appeared in a Dark Horse Presents Vol 2 #21. We believe the other three pieces are newly adapted for this inexpensive and handsome, if thin, hardcover. The work by Russell is a delight, all his magic is here in this fantasy of witches, lions, other worlds. Scott Hampton also turns in a fine job, takjng as unlikely a piece as can be...the months as humans, with all their particular foibles...and making it work. This tale is dedicated to Ray Bradbury, for very good reason.
